Congress sets the date of elections. I don’t think the Court has the authority to change it.

Only if it violates the Constitution. And it doesn't.

I wouldn’t put anything past the Supreme Court these days. It’s a long shot to be sure. But the fact that it is even conceivable is news. Dog catchers get vetted better than Obama did.

Are you saying the Court has the authority to change the date if it is unconstitutional such as scheduling it after the date the Electoral College votes are counted? Or that it has no authority in the matter at all?
