Calif. is so in the tank for Obama “the one” that prop 8 gives us a little hope. We have spent many hours calling voters asking them to vote yes.
Pretty hard to compete with the money being donated to the “No on 8” bunch who get their money from companies like Apple, Google, the teachers unions and Hollywood celebs.
If we win it will be because we are on the Lord’s side.

I don't know why the Left is so worried here. If they loose I bet it isn't a week before some sympathetic judge throw out the results and forces his will on the voters,
That's exactly why we're voting on Prop 8. It defines marriage in the state constitution.
We already had a majority vote defining marriage but it wasn't constitutional and republican appointed judges overturned it.

I just completed a phone survey in the Central Valley and of the people that I spoke with: 26% wouldn't tell
3% undecided
65% definitely yes
6% definitely no

Just heard Senator Feinstein in an ad trying to convince us that homosexual sodomy is a constitutional right that should be called marriage. Barf.........

If same sex marriage is normal and moral, the proponents should be able to talk about its virtues. They cannot do it.

It defines marriage in the state constitution. OK, haven't been paying that much attention to the race. Haven't had much concern for California since I moved out of the place. ;)
Good luck! Don't turn your back on the lawyers, trust me, they already have plans...

My personal favorite argument for voting against Prop 8.
Claim Four: If Proposition 8 passes there will be a brain drain to gay-friendly Massachusetts.
I'm so scared.

Im surprised the gays hasnt resorted to the race card.
Actually, they are. They are comparing their "struggle" with past incidents where a couple of two different races weren't allowed to marry. Their latest ad does just that. It's a bogus comparison.

Its one rejected by the black community. The black clergy has endorsed Proposition 8.

The “black clergy” our local media trot out are the usual suspects, like San Francisco’s Amos Brown, in opposition to Prop 8.

I did not know and am sorry for your loss. Those who are gay deserve human dignity, respect, and kindness. That does not mean, however, that they have the right to change a fundamental tradition of civilization, which has worked well for thousands of years. A mom and dad raising children is the best thing for society.

I heard that one, too. She’s trying to come off like the voice of reason. She’ll probably be effective with some doubtful Dems.
