Since 1990s, US' Largest AIDS Group Has Run Popular and Award Winning Fundraising 'Out of the Closet' Thrift Store Chain in California and Florida under Registered Federal Trademark; AHF to Ask Governor Palin and RNC to Donate Candidate's Campaign Wardrobe to AHF's 'Out of the Closet' Chain after Election

Auction them off, give proceeds to The Salvation Army.
It is so sad that homosexuals who received billions of dollars in tax payer money for AIDS research who be so petty as to target a small store who’s sole crime is selling used clothes to Sarah Palin.
Does not work. Seems that Francis Preston already had that name in use in Indiana earlier ~ and I believe earlier than Safeway itself had "Safeway" in use in California.
Marsh Foods, an Indiana chain, was purchased by Safeway last year. They are operating as something other than "Safeway".
The "Out of the Closet" people in California probably have no right to use that name in Alaska.
How long before each one of us runs afoul of these thugs?
This kind of crap will only be worse with Obama and dem enablers in a Congress with an Uber Left super majority.
Hopefully those thugs won’t be running the White House.
Conservatives fail to realize that the Left operationalizes a goal of making life as a conservative illegal.
Bingo
Gotta love these fudgepackers.
Fixed that for you.

OMG. This is “Over the Top”!
OK, I’m confused.
I thought that the trademark on a store name only applied within a state?
I have manufactured a product for 23 years. The name is a pun, as is the name of the 2 consignment shops. The same name as my product is used in other states as a store name. While I have a registered trademark, clear priority in time and some of them are no longer in business, my understanding has been that they are not guilty of infringement because mine is a product and theirs is a shop.
I could understand something like a national grocery chain, but a resale shop?
She’ll put ‘em on eBay.
Lessons from Campaign ‘08:
1. Don’t tell jokes about Barack Obama.
2. Don’t ask hard questions of Democrats.
3. Don’t sell to Republicans.
4. ?
It’s not so much that they’re being petty, it’s that they think that Keyser Soze hit on the right strategy. From here on out, they’re putting out the message that anyone who isn’t with them, is against them. And if you’re against them, there is no reponse to strong.
It doesn’t even matter if they don’t have a legal leg to stand on: AHF has millions of dollars to fund frivolous legal challenges that will simply sweep away a small mom-and-pop enterprise. Even succussfully defending agains their lawyers will ruin you, so either way, you lose.
Stand by for more of the same.
And don’t talk about his middle name.
“Sarah Palin’s favorite store in Anchorage gets the Joe the Plumber treatment.”
That can’t be as Democrats are for the “workinnn man”
Did homosexuals somehow trademark the word “gay”????
The word “gay” used to have a different meaning. Once it was adopted by the homosexual community, it can’t be used in that other context anymore. Now the word “gay” ONLY means homosexual, and nothing else.
