FWIW — Kerry was their native son. I’d expect him to do better than ‘Bama
Just as Kerry would do better in New Hampshire than Obama. MUCH better, I assume.
39% in an ultra-ultra-pro-gay liberal state is actually pretty good. The way they talk, any conservative should only get 1/10th of 1%.
keep posting these chet! I just saw the one from KY too. Obama is clearly losing ground.
I’ve seen more McCain/Palin signs than OBAMA signs. BIG Democrats have told me Off the Record they have to vote for McCain. Because of Coupe Deval and Diane Wilkerson, MA may shock the electorate.
A much more interesting question is how Kerry is doing against Jeff Beatty in the US Senate race.
As far as Beatty, it is very difficult to run a campaign in a veritable vacuum. Outside money comes in left and right for dems, and media is not allowed to utter the name of republicans running. If you want any information on them you must hunt it online, and it isn't easily found, as far as party affiliation. It's insane.
One House race, Olver (self proclaimed socialist) is being challenged by a fantastic candidate and veteran, Nathan Bech, but you never hear his name even mentioned. However, Olver, who never ever runs ads when he is up for re-election, this time has them on every 2 minutes on every channel! And they are of a costly sort. He DOES NOT spend money campaigning. Bech must be getting him nervous for him to do this.
I didn’t believe exit polls in ‘04 and I sure don’t believe them in ‘08.
FWIW Quinnipac (sp?) has Obama up in exit polling by a substantial margin in Florida.
I don’t believe them either.
I got mine from two different sources. Then again, one was wikipedia..lol
Awesome!
he also served in Vietnam by the way.
Much fewer Obama signs than Kerry signs. Intelligent people, even liberals understand that Obama and the forces working through him are thugs at best.
Also there is a tradition here of voting for a republican for governor to offset the huge democrat majority in the state legislature.
Without all the college kids, Mass might actually resemble New Hampshire.

Roughly in line with Pew’s national poll!
