At the very least unethical. But yes, probably not legal. But don’t let that concern you so much, the truth is you should be more worried about what some idiot(s) may do to your or your nieghbors propety if they have a front yard posted sign supporting anything other than the “O”.

Here in California they keep having bond and teacher union signs on public school grounds and I never here anything done about that either.

Maybe someone should walk in there saying they took a picture of the sign and were doing an article about policing of unions on the job on public property and see what transpires.
