I don't think President McCain would have a lame Dept. of Justice... What makes you think he would?
It doesn’t occur to Obama that he can lose, not with ACORN providing the margin of victory in all the close states. Even if McCain wins, the people who would have to handle this at Justice are mostly Democrats...it was reported recently that they have been donating generously to Obama.
