If that’s true, then why is it that the majority of these anti Mitt folks are also over on the religious boards bashing Mormon’s in general? Part of it is anti-Mormonism, but a larger part is jealousy. Mitt represents everything they will never have and never be.

That’s a shame. In a Utopian world, those types would only be found on the liberal side, on the DU, etc., not here. Perhaps there are enemies among us indeed.
