The media generally writes their stories to indicate that both sides are having their signs stolen, but it is the anti-prop 8 folks that are engaging in the vast majority of this nonsense.

Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The evidence does seem overwhelming, but until they are found guilty by trial or plead guilty, they are legally still suspects.

The article doesn't appear to gloss over the evidence against them, so this particular article doesn't appear to be biased reporting to me.
