COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - A federal judge in Ohio has ruled that counties must allow homeless voters to list park benches and other locations that aren't buildings as their addresses.
U.S. District Judge Edmund Sargus also ruled that provisional ballots can't be invalidated because of poll worker errors.

Hey, what's a little fraud among friends?
This is truly absurd - anybody can go to a voting place, list a park bench as home, and vote. Illegally. If I were a liberal, I'd spend the whole day travelling from precinct to precinct pretending to be John Doe that lives on the park bench. I would bet that some of those park benches are very, very crowded or at least they will be on November 4th.

This isn't really news. Ohio BOEs have allowed this for years. Heck, Ken Blackwell allowed it when HE was Ohio's SOS. Wondering, in past years, did they have an ACORN BUS picking them up, giving them money & probably a nice hot meal???

And, you can bet ACORN is out scouring the parks for all the homeless. No they're not - they're just documenting park bench locations so that they can list them as home when they vote.

Our Justices are NUTS.....next this Judges HORSE will be allowed to vote. The Roman Emperor Caligula was supposed to have made a horse into a Senator, so your concerns may be well-founded if Obama gets in.
Then again, we have many Senators who already are the rear half of a horse, so a full conversion may happen at any time.

Isnt there a residency requirement, or am I showing my age?Apparently, anyone that either owns a park bench or can claim squatters' rights is a resident in Ohio.

Apparently, anyone that either owns a park bench or can claim squatters' rights is a resident in Ohio. They still need ID to vote.
However, we need to remember this for the next election. We can all play that game:)
