We will need to start some kind of a mass movement if Obama wins. We will have to be prepared to object on November 5th to the Democrats’ plans. We can’t afford to wait until the train has left the station. These people will move fast.
Since she OK’d the search, it’s obvious someone requested it...Discovering who made the request would likely shed light on whether it was political or not...(And of course it was)...
So a maxed out Obama supporter suddenly approves a search on Joe the Plumber, who DARED to question The One, and there isn’t an elected ‘Rat in Ohio that sees anything wrong.
If Obama wins the election, NO ONE’s confidential information will be safe from the prying eyes of Big Brother O and his band of fanatical sycophants.
Anyone notice a certain stench among Dems in the PA/OH area? It’s old time machine politics at its worst in the rust belt. Hopefully the good folks who live there are starting to see what they’ve been living with for all these years.

In other words, the exception cannot be applied, because Jones-Kelly failed to establish that disclosure of the requested record will publicly identify the caregivers receiving public assistance, the court explained.
