In Zogby poll 15% of Democrats are voting Mccain. The highest of any state polled. Thus, McCain should be ahead...For record McCain will win Florida.

Don’t assume all registered Democrats vote for Obama.

Democrats in northern Florida have been voting republican for years and continue to. Does the election in 2,000 ring a bell? These are people who have lived there their whole lives and never changed there voter ID. You aren’t going to know who won util you know. Just vote and get on with your lives.

Trust me from living in a Dem county: Dems vote early, Reps vote at the polls.

This should state Dems up 80K voters rather than votes for added clarity. I feel many of those Dem voters are likely voting McCain.

Never understood this early voting. Maybe someone can explain. What if one of the candidates drops off, for whatever reason, prior to election day—what happens to those votes?

I voted yesterday. What was weird was the 2-3 Black americans that were hanging around in the parking lot right outside the campaining zone with stacks of literature.

Didn’t get anything from them. It was just creepy seeing them hanging around.

If my math and assumptions are correct, this means that it's going to be very close.

If the party ID holds at 4%, then McCain is ahead.

My assumptions are:

McCain gets 95% of GOP voters, 13% of Dems.
Obama gets 87% of Dem voters, 5% of GOP.
Independents are 55% Obama, and 45% for McCain.

Oh, it is just the Costanza’s and Seinfeld’s voting early to beat the rush in Del Boca Vista. Same people who are in the cafeteria at 4:00 PM.

I thought election results for early voting were not suppose to be released (or is this just some sort of convoluted exit polling data?).

I wonder how many of these “Democrats” are operation chaos people who changed their registration to keep Obama in the game?
