Bob McDonnell is about the best thing we’ve got going here in VA! He and Eric Cantor!

Just “who” signed that state law into being huh? That law needs to be overturned - more attempts to supress the military vote.
To: kristinn
Any bets the box these ballots were “set aside” in will be lost?

Isn’t this going to be tough? I thought they were throwing away the ballots?

You so right — state law needs overturned. I was trying to figure out how state law could triump federal law on military ballots.

Suleman tries to deny the military vote, but brings his office staff on the taxpayer dime to the county prison to be sure inmates get their votes cast. What’s become of my county? AND my country?

Fairfax registrar Rokey Suleman who -- contrary to federal law -- was requiring military absentee ballots to show the address of the witness countersigning the ballot.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this a civil rights violation, punishable by 5 years and $50,000 fine? And if *anyone* else was involved, it is a conspiracy to deprive multiple individuals of civil rights (multiple counts).
Where is the ACLU?

We can thank God for our Attorney General Bob McDonnell. He is a good man of honor and character. He’s not going to put up with this crap. And, Tim “The Eyebrow” Kaine better stay out of his way too.

Traitorous partisan bastards got one shoved down their throats. Won’t be surprised with a communist Judge issues a counter to this.
