Okay, Rasmussen is officially an idiot. There’s no way 0 can be up 27 in CA but be up only 5 in that tracking poll.

I was getting jealous that only California could enjoy the benefits from diversity and liberalism. Now we all can! (sarcasm off)

It could be true. But....take out Los Angeles and San Francisco and the picture changes dramatically. We need Southern California and Northern California States.

Do they not even care how stupid they look with these polls? You would think Rasmussen would be worried about his future in the polling business if he is shown to be so completely off the mark????

Actually this poll makes since. Obamas entire 5% national lead in Rasmussen can be contributed to the Caliwhorenias.

Rasmussen must have polled 1,000 black women in Los Angeles and Oakland who are on welfare with five kids each and no husband.

I agree, I know California is liberal but it isn’t THAT liberal.

If these polls are done by telephone, many people they call in Southern California are probably not citizens and, therefore, cannot vote. Yet, no illegal alien is going to admit to some random caller that he's illegal, so they'll go ahead and say they're going to vote for the person they WOULD vote for...Obama.

Actually, think about.

That's VERY good news.

If McCain takes huge losses in CA, IL, and NY then all he loses are those electoral votes, no matter what Hussein's margin of victory is.

In other words, he could lose the popular vote by 3-4% and still win the election by winning the battleground states.

Huge numbers in CA will boost the national average, but do nothing for the other state races. In order to get a REAL idea how well the candidates are doing a poll should only target people in states that have a less than 10 point spread.
