BTW Romney is the only one not out campaigning for the ticket... noooooo he is undermining the ticket, this man is no better than Obama in many ways

Romney was campaigning for McCain today, and will be next week as well. So much for your MIA gibe, you'll have to invent a new reason for your pretense for disliking him.

McCain warns of dangers of Dem control

McCain’s speech followed a meeting he held with some members of his economic team, including former New York Rep. Jack Kemp, Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, former Ebay CEO Meg Whitman, former Commerce Secretary Bob Mosbacher, and Steele.

A Romney aide said that the former governor speaks with McCain by telephone about once a month, although their staffs communicate daily. Romney, the founder of private equity firm Bain Capital, plans to campaign for McCain in western states over the next week.

Next week!! The election is over next week. Romney was invited to attend the economic forum with McCain today along with a lot of other people.

Talking once a month in this situation is almost a joke.

and... this story is breaking out all over

You know after thinking about this thread last night, I'm starting to wonder. Are the Romney bashers really that scared that McCain/Palin are going to lose that they are already inventing reasons for the loss before the finish. The anti-Romney posts on this thread sound like the DEM's discussing war, "trying to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory".

Who is dumb enough to fall for media lies that seek to divide the GOP the last week of the election?

Intersting that the lack of faith of some to win against Obama is getting translated into blaming Romney for their insecurity.

IMO, Obama will lose. He couldn't even get half of his own party's nomination. Plus the Dems screwed up in FLorida and Michigan. Primary voters haven;t forgotten their "disenfranchisement" from the Dems in those battleground states. McCain won Florida as well.
