Pretty much; even most of their police are “gay.” It’s a bizarre place and, I think, horrifying to even drive through.
Supposedly the image of hanging a white female doesn’t have a negative cultural and historic background. But speaking as a conservative white female, it certainly doesn’t make me feel welcome in that neighborhood.
