This poll is pure leftist propaganda.

Internals for this poll are as follows:

40 percent democrats
32 percent republicans
28 percent independents

Skewed far left and there is nothing indicating the percent of black democrats polled.

But with all of this O only is up 7.2

Truth is if this was accurate McCain is up.

What is the ratio of Republicans to Democrats in Wisconsin?

The funny thing is — Ras is using those exact percentages for national polling!

“Internals for this poll are as follows:

Nationally, or for Wisconsin?

Here are the real facts about WI. In both 2000 and 2004, Wisconsin was extremely close. Gore won the state by only 5,000 votes, and Kerry won the state by only 11,000 votes (out of about 3 million cast). It is a 50-50 state. In 2004, Republicans actually had a 38-35 turnout advantage, but the 27% of Independents favored Kerry enough to give him a razor thin victory. It is also a very white state (90% of 2004 voters were white) and 32% Catholic (as opposed to 27% nationally). These demographics work more favorably for McCain in 2008 against Obama than they did for Bush in 2004 against Catholic John Kerry.

Thus, any poll that gives either political party a turnout advantage is immediately suspect. If a poll with a five point oversample of Democrats and six point undersample of Republicans shows Obama up only seven, Wisconin may actually be a light shade of red right now.
