I can’t find it now, but I thought the DNC, as a response to the Berg lawsuit, stated that if the “real” COLB is produced, it would be “embarrassing to the candidate”. Is this the Frank Marshall Factor (Barry’s Baby-Daddy, or Daddy-Baby, or whatever it’s called)?

It's on Berg's website, obamacrimes.com. That statement is contained in the Motion for Protective Order filed by Obama and the DNC. It's totally ludicrous since he (through his campaign) posted a forged document image and claimed that it was his "original birth certificate." So, all of the info in the real COLB -- which I still maintain does not exist because OBama does not have a birth record in Hawaii -- is public record, and that eliminates the basis for a Protective Order.
