Plus Bush almost lost Florida to Gore because the MSM called it for Gore early.

In Florida in 2000 the exit polls weren't that far off as it turned out. But in 2004, the exit polls were calling Flordia for Kerry almost from the get-go and he lost it by several points.

If I remember correctly, didn’t all “news stations” call FL for Kerry, except Fox? They then had to retract it, lol. I remember laughing at those fools!

Most of the polls I’ve seen so far have the undecided voters running at about 10-11%. The numbers for McCain may come in much higher than the MSM have anticipated when McCain does surpass Obama in the home stretch.

If they weren't that far off, they how come they called it for Gore rather than holding off and saying too close to call?
