If Berg doesn’t have standing, and We don’t have standing than WHO can challenge his position to run?
Does Berg need to go directly to the media/People?
Will just anyone be able to run for office no matter if they are qualified?
Without a BC how do we know that he IS 35 years old?
Those that have standing would probably be the AG, States, Senate, House, DOJ, pretty much any governmental entity.
And it’s really up to the Party to decide if their people are qualified. they are then presumed qualified unless someone proves, in court, otherwise.
