Those that have standing would probably be the AG, States, Senate, House, DOJ, pretty much any governmental entity.
And it’s really up to the Party to decide if their people are qualified. they are then presumed qualified unless someone proves, in court, otherwise.

Interesting that there was “standing” for the case against McCain when his case went to court. Court did rule in McCain's favor. Now in Obama’s case there is no “standing”. I hope Berg appeals.
