Did he surrender his citizenship when he moved to Indonesia?This is key, even if he was born in Hawaii the issue does not go away. The Berg lawsuit contends that Barry lost his alleged natural born citizenship when he was in Indonesia. The birth certificate is only part one - he must have retained his natural born status, if he ever had it, and that is very much in doubt!
