Drudge isn’t to blame for reporting a “developing” news story. It’s the responsibility of the reader to think, question, and check further.
Not enough of the right thinking, questioning, and checking further has been happening here lately. JMHO.

He didn’t “report” it. He put a big red headline on his page talking about the “mutiliation” of a young woman. That went well beyond what the link he provided even said.
