It won't be. You had the Fox News Vice President saying this would damage McCain's campaign if it was a hoax. You have the media discussing how fast Palin and McCain called her up before all of the facts came in. The media doesn't want to simply say she's mentally ill and let it go.

Completely agree with you. That was the main thrust of my arguments last night, which seemed to have been lost on many folks. In that respect, I'm certainly not glad to be correct about withholding my support for this young woman.
