Did you see Jeri on Hannity last night? She gave that rude Allen Colmbs a piece of her mind. I was very impressed with Jeri she is smart and of course attractive like all of us Republican women.
Fred would have been much better than McCain. Or MACACA! Imagine if Allen hadn’t said that one word. We’d possibly have Allen/Palin and be sailing into the WH.

Yes, Fred would have been better than McCain. But McCain is what we’ve got. Notice that Fred does not say that McCain is an economic genius who really understands this crisis. But he does say that Obama would USE this crisis to make America into what amounts to a Soviet State. And he does say that McCain has served our country and wants to do so again.
McCain has the right instincts, he just needs some guidance. Obama would be a disaster. He would wreck our country ON PURPOSE. He knows exactly what he is doing. Revolution. An opportunity to seize power, seize wealth, and grind everyone into poverty and dependency.
No, I've stopped watching those shows a long time ago... but it does bring to mind an odd idea -- what if Fred Thompson's legacy is going to be Jeri?
Think about it -- she's rumored to be the one who convinced him to run in the first place. She has the ambition and the instincts. With Fred to help guide and advise her, who knows?
With Sarah Palin breaking down the so-called "glass ceiling", why not at least muse over the possibility of a Sarah Palin / Jeri Thompson ticket in four or eight years?

As this video indicates, Fred could and would have said that. He could have made the economic crisis into a liability for Obama. McCain seized the issue and promptly shot himself in the foot with it. The wound is festering and it may well kill his candidacy.
This video is agonizing because it shows us so clearly what might have been. Bush, Dole, Bush, Bush, McCain — for twenty years Republicans have been ideologically adrift. We had a chance to fix that in 2008. Instead we picked the most ideologically disoriented Republican candidate since Wilke.
Republicans truly are the stupid party.
I love Fred. The man knows how to talk to the heart of issues.
He has been campaigning for McCain in Florida. We need to get all of our candidates out there from the primary.
I was an early Fredhead and barely a day passes that I don’t wish he were at the top of this ticket. Nevertheless- we have the candidate we have- and keeping Obama out of our White House is an urgent task we have for the next 10 days.
If Fred had've been our nominee, we'd probably be looking at a Reganesque landslide.
