The Pennsylvania Democrat who has sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding he prove his American citizenship – and therefore qualifications to run for the office of president – has confirmed he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator's paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.
The issue of Obama's birthplace, which he states is Honolulu in 1961, has been raised enough times that his campaign website has posted an image purporting to be of his "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii.
But Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania, told the Michael Savage talk radio program tonight that the document is forged, a publicized newspaper notice announcing Obama's birth in Honolulu could have been faked and he has a tape recording he will be releasing over the next few days.
"This has been a real sham he's pulled off for the last 20 months," Berg told Savage. "I'll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States."
He said the telephone call was from Obama's paternal grandmother affirming she "was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961."

Philip J. Berg, Esquire stated in a letter to the nations throughout the world:
“It is time for the nations of the world to come forth and take the leadership because of the failure of the United States Government and the States where crimes were committed on 09/11/01, where no thorough investigation and indictments occurred, to investigate, arrest and prosecute the people responsible for the murders on 9/11/01, specifically including George W. Bush and Richard Cheney.”
Berg continued there is overwhelming evidence that:
“Bush and his cronies made 9/11 happen or let it happen. And, if they let it happen, then they made it happen. Either way, they are responsible; and more important, they have completely and unequivocally covered-it-up!”
Does he still sound like the real deal to you?
If he doesn’t release the tapes in a few days this conspiracy is officially dead.
Now that would be interesting if he received aid in college as a foreigner.

One of the things that surfaced in Berg’s interview with savage this evening was the fact that there currently is no governing authority responsible for checking presidential qualifications. This issue DID start last year, and the MSM is equally guilty for not vetting him. When BO became a serious contender, thats when Berg first started getting into this, informing authorities AND the Obama camp that his BC was being requested. The same type of request was made of McCain who immediately released his records. Nobody in this nations history has EVER ducked this issue before, and there is NO precedence or jurisdiction assignment for such a challenge. It has not come out because MSM has buried it, and Obama and the DNC has tryed to dismiss and delay instead of presenting simple birth certificate.

If Berg does have a tape, he should have learned by now not to say so until he actually releases it.

My understanding is that Larry Sinclair is serving as the courier for the tape.
Sinclair has the tape hidden in a very secure part of his body.
Berg was on Coast to Coast on August 22nd of this year. He wasn’t very well prepared then. I doubt he has been on this since last year.
Whatever it is, he sure doesn't want anyone knowing about it.

What I would like to know is whether Obama ever registered under the Selective Service Act. Of course, that applies to citizens and non-citizens, but it would be interesting to know if he registered and declared he was or was not a citizen.
