The Pennsylvania Democrat who has sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding he prove his American citizenship – and therefore qualifications to run for the office of president – has confirmed he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator's paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.
The issue of Obama's birthplace, which he states is Honolulu in 1961, has been raised enough times that his campaign website has posted an image purporting to be of his "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii.
But Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania, told the Michael Savage talk radio program tonight that the document is forged, a publicized newspaper notice announcing Obama's birth in Honolulu could have been faked and he has a tape recording he will be releasing over the next few days.
"This has been a real sham he's pulled off for the last 20 months," Berg told Savage. "I'll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States."
He said the telephone call was from Obama's paternal grandmother affirming she "was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961."

On Thursday, Philip Berg filed a temporary restraining order in federal court to bar Obama from running for president, claiming the Democratic candidate was actually born in Africa.
"We really don't believe he was born in Hawaii," Berg said. "We think he was born in Kenya." ... ...Berg's suit claims the senator's grandmother, brother and sister, who live in Kenya, believe they were present during Obama's birth in the African country.
Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, grew up in Kansas, and his parents met at the University of Hawaii when Dunham was a student there, according to the Obama campaign.
Eventually, Obama's father returned to Kenya, and his son grew up in Hawaii with his mother and for a few years in Indonesia after Dunham married an Indonesian man, Lolo Soetoro. Also, Obama lived with his maternal grandparents in Hawaii.
"If he was born in Hawaii, and he was adopted in Indonesia by Lolo Soetoro, (Obama) would lose his citizenship," Berg said.

NO WAY... she would have used this against him as soon as he became a viable threat in the primaries.
They WOULD assert themselves though, once he got disqualified prior to the election, which is why I think the McCain camp is timing this just right... no time to substitute in Hillary, no way to elect BO in the electoral college.
BO can win the general, but can still lose the EC.

Obama admits he attended Occidental College in LA on a scholarship. Maybe it was a foreign student scholarship.
You know, Obama first met the Pakistani foreign national named “Sadek” that he roomed with at Columbia (in 5 different apartment in two years) while he was living with another Pakistani and friends with another Pakistani and an Indian fellow at Occidental College in LA. Obama also traveled to Pakistan in 1981 (age 20) on an Indonesian passport (stayed 3 weeks w/ Pakistani friend’s family) at a time when American citizens were unable to gain entrance to that country.

They’ve been very busy coaching Senators Biden and Murtha exactly what to say and where and to whom on Obama’s Campaign Trail.
My point is an audio tape that is purported to be Obama’s grandmother, but in reality could be anyone, who claims Obama was born in Kenya without other evidence would be easily denied by Obama and ignored by the media. The relevant thing about the Flowers tape is that the media didn’t even acknowledge it was him.

The race card has been Nobama's "secret" weapon all the way, including up till now, and he uses it to perfection. Hillary didn't dare to touch this issue openly with a 10-foot pool. So she sent out Mr. Berg to do the dirty laundry on her behalf, why she is "supporting" Nobama, give me a break. The Clinton's never ever caves in or go away!!!
