I didn't realize she did that.
Dumb question...did she ever rescind the order for martial law or are we still there?

No, the fact that another countrys laws regard a person as having given up U.S. citizenship has no weight whatsoever under U.S. law.
The example you used is not quite reductio ad absurdum because it is not an extension to the nth degree of a particular situation but the creation of an entirely new one, the only similarities being governments and declarations of citizenships.
Besides, you're ignoring the other part: A minor child's citizenship follows that of the custodial parent, at least for the period of time in question.

One reference
here:
NOW, It all sounds very innocent, "a college trip to Pakistan".
Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and ruled of martial law. Millions of Afghan refugees were living in Pakistan, while the Afghan Mujahedeen operated from bases inside Pakistan in their war with the Soviets. One of the leaders that based his operation in Quetta, Pakistan was Usama Bin Laden (The Sheik).
Pakistan was on the banned travel list for US Citizens at the time and all non-Muslim visitors were not welcome unless sponsored by their embassy for official business.
The would be only a few reasons a young Westerner of the Muslim faith would travel to Pakistan in 1981:
To Participate in Jihad, which is the duty of every "True Believer".
For religious education in a Wahabbi sect, Saudi funded, Madrassa.
In order to purchase drugs from the drug marketplace.
Pakistan was not a tourist stop nor the place to hang out with someone's family in 1981.

Yes, just as Senator McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone to a Naval Officer and his wife. Alternate answer:
No, unless like Senator McCain, you get your very own "sense of the Senate" (the McCaskill memo, never passed as a law) that says you can.
BTW, McCain wasn't born in the Canal Zone, he was born in the Republic of Panama...

Does the US military have to obey a President that has been deemed ineligible ? Yes, unless they are prepared to attempt a Military coup. A very dangerous undertaking.

Plausable theory, yet I don’t think it would work because the electorate would be too confused to cast a winning number of votes for her. At this point, it’s Barack’s name on the ballots, and logistically there just isn’t time to switch, there isn’t time to get the word out “a vote for BHO is a vote for HRC”, and there are too many votes already cast in “early/absentee voting” to legally deal with a name change. It would even confuse the electors too much.

I've been on these threads since before the beginning. From what was posted here, the law regarding the citizenship of the child following that of the custodial parent was in effect during the time that Barry's mom married Lolo Soetero and became an Indonesian citizen. This was posted sometime during the past month and a half.

The constitutional requrement is that they be born in the US, not that they merely be a citizen of US.

I believe you would be constitutionally eligible to be president under those circumstances, since you were born to two American citizen parents, and technically on American soil. That's in contrast to what Obama's situation probably is. Your circumstances are covered in the US Code.
