My encounter was mild considering what is going on in different parts of the country but being 73 it kind of shook me up.
I had a McCain sign in my yard for about a week...one day while standing out front with my dog a car pulled up...rolled down the window and I clearly saw the guy write down I’m assuming my address. He backed up a little and wrote down the lady across the streets number....and then drove off quickly. I can only assume it was because we were the only two on the street with McCain signs.He didn’t write down any other addresses.
I looked this guy straight in the eye and got one of those looks “I dare you to say anything”....yes, I was intimidated and took my sign down. But it will go up again before election day.
I’m not a natural gun person, but I did look up local options for shooting lessons this week. Unreal. The violence is really making me angry.
When came for the small businessman making $250,000
I did nothing because my wife and I only made $150,000
When they silenced the conservative talk show hosts

And when they came for me
