McCain has cut into Obama's lead for a second day and is now just 1.1 points behind. The spread was 3.7 Wednesday and 6.0 Tuesday. The Republican is making headway with middle- and working- class voters, and has surged 10 points in two days among those earning between $30,000 and $75,000. He has also gone from an 11-point deficit to a 9-point lead among Catholics.

Curious how RCP places there polls. Why is this buried in the middle?

Good, but I was reading that something was screwy with their 18-24 bracket... but there are wild swings there because of the small sample...

Obama is dead in the water with 12 days left in the campaign. McCain has wiped out almost all his advantages. I'm confident McCain is going to win.

Nothing will matter if YOU DO NOT VOTE!!!
HELP YOUR FRIEND OR NEIGHBOR...PICK THEM UP, HAVE LUNCH TOGETHER....GO AND VOTE
I am not kidding ...spend a few bucks...take some time to take people to vote!!!!
The lines were long long long for early voting in Florida and NC...did you see them?

Finally, McCain is on the radio in NE PA. He has an ad hitting Obama hard about sharing the wealth and the wording is not “Sen. Obama” wants you to spread the wealth. The ad is saying “Congressional Democrats” want you to spread the wealth.

What have IBD’s internals been like? Do they, or you, attribute the change to anything the capmpaign has done (JTP, f’r’instance)? Has IBD framed or phrased questions differently, or asked of a different spread of voters (”likely” or “undecided” or “left-handed Belgians”)?

no I guess I didn’t-lol
I’m thinking its the same reason some polls (Obama up 10+) get released late at night or super early in the morning to fill that days news-while other (Obama up 5 or less) get released after 2pm.

If McCain can pull in PA, that changes the whole landscape. Lord, let it please happen!

The head of RCP (can’t remember his name) is like Rasmussen-biased towards Obama, but still having to do his job of reporting the poll info; that he tries to bury it is his bias, but that he unveils it is his professionalism.

Given that this poll's already been posted, I assume the ping has gone out to all your buddies.
Let's see how many show up with their somber, second thought, reflections.
