The idea of a foreign power purchasing the allegiance of an American president had never been a major concern – until 1996, that is, when Bill Clinton, Al Gore, and the DNC accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars from agents of the Peoples Republic of China. Those illegal receipts were not disclosed until well after Clinton and Gore were reelected. Would some Democratic electors have withheld their votes, had they known? Perhaps not, but we’ll never know.
I think I can just about guarantee that it would not have made a single bit of difference to democrat electors since the unofficial motto of the rat party is 'the end always justifies the means'.
I don’t believe Barack is a Muslim but I’m sure that he is lying about his Muslim upbringing. Anyone who knows anyone who is Muslim also knows that they take very seriously the religious lives of their children. It would’ve cast the father in a severely negative light in the community if he allowed his son not to practice Islam. That is here nor there though I do believe that America should have clear answer. Do we want a President that has such influence in his background? He then goes on and joins a radical black liberation Church spewing hatred only a slight degree different than that spewed in many mosques. Should it disqualify him that is for the American people to decide but they are not getting to decide. The media is not vetting Barack Obama the way they would a normal white Republican or Democrat candidate. I hope they realize that by not doing this they are setting up a tinderbox which could explode right out the gate on election day.

Of course they wouldn't, it is ridiculous to even speculate that they would. These electors are chosen because of their blind devotion to their party, nothing would stand in the way of their partisanship.
I think that before anyone elected to the highest office in the land tried to take completely over, someone(s) would take steps to see that would not happen.

It think it would be helpful if someone who has taken an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic were to join the Berg lawsuit, and all other similar suits in other jurisdictions, as a co-plaintiff.
It would be harder to assert lack of standing if a plaintiff has an explicit legal interest in the defense of the Constitution.
I’ll post the suggestion on a PUMA site, too, since ideally in the Berg suit, the plaintiffs should be registered Democrats.
