Seems to me that it's a basic function of the FEC to make sure that a candidate for president meets all the constitutional criteria to serve.
But as usual, the laws are for Republicans.

Seems to me that it's a basic function of the FEC to make sure that a candidate for president meets all the constitutional criteria to serve. Nope, and Secretary of States don't normally care about eligibility either. They assume the Party takes care of that matter.
