It would seem so, since Marshall was born in the States, that is if this accusation is even true.

Not if he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. I believe that Barry is Indonesian, or was and therefore is a Naturalized citizen. Either way Ineligible to run for President of the United States.

Obama does not want to use Frank Davis to prove that he is a " Natural Born Citizen " of the USA even if it is proved that Frank Davis is his biological father,even Obama knows that.
If the MSM and Obama would say to the public, yes, this proves I am a " Natrual Born Citizen " and all the critics can shut up, but, that would open up a can of worms, or a Pandora's box that he frightfully does not want to open considering Frank Davis's past.
