I really expected Davis here to treat Berg like a conspiratorial nut case or partisan hack but he didn’t. This may be picking up steam. On the other hand, everything to this point seems to keep rolling off O’s back.

Mark Davis has stepped in for Rush a couple of times.

Mark’s admitted doubt comes directly from zero research on the subject. It reminds me a lot of naysayers who dismiss out of hand, then call someone a kook before even doing their homework.

Mark is on the same station as Rush, Hannity, and Laura. He’s done national work and sub work for Rush.

If someone sued me and I didn’t respond, I thought they would have won by default. Can anyone tell me how this works in this case? Since Obama didn’t respond, why isn’t he required to produce the certificate to Berg?

O and DNC filed a joint motion to dismiss in U.S. Dist Ct in PA-now in in the judge’s hands. Berg maintains the burden in now Obama’s to produce the BC within 30 days. This is discussed in the later part of the interview. Berg goes on to say much of the world KNOWS Obama is ineligible to serve as POTUS, and if he’s ultimately elected Berg will pursue this...what a mess this will be any way you look at it.
