“ACORN is a strange organization.”

ACORN is a corrupt union....built on bullying to get Dems in office, DEM votes what ever way they can get them at taxpayers expense......unbelievable what we have let our leaders do to America.

It's not strange at all if you're familiar with leftist EnvironMental groups who weave even more tangled corporate webs than this by far. For instance they'll have a "front" regular "profit making" corporation that they feed profits through to a "not-for-profit" charitable/educational corporation, that are completely tax deductible to the "profit making" corporation that contributed.

Then, the "not-for-profit" corp will apply for a GovernMental grant that may double as a government approved project "for the good of all," but particularly benefits the "profit making" corporation, thus giving two tax benefits (or bites) of the apple.

It is truly a symbiotic relationship and I have only scratched the surface of some of the complex, nearly untraceable shenanigans these turkeys pull off at huge losses to the taxpayers!!!

Sometimes they can get all the way into bed with GovernMental agencies like CONservancies do with the CA real estate agency for the Dept. of Fish & Game. There's way more than "back scratching" and featherbedding going on in this situation!!!

See Page 22 of the IRS statement. TIDES FOUNDATION.

Check out www.frontpagemagazine.com and its “DiscoverTheNetwork.com” of a ton of stuff on this hardcore leftist financial angel of our domestic enemies.

Obama maybe? Ayers, maybe?

It is really too bad that nobody bothered to believe Tailgunner Joe McCarthy. He was destroyed by the communists because he was exposing them. America drank the Kool-aide and crucified the guy.

Now we are witnessing the start of the next Leftist revolution right here at home and nobody has the intellectual tools to understand the scope or figure out how to stop it. Just as they have been planning since the 1960’s.

Wow! From the rants and panic on this thread, it looks like folks are finally waking up to the fact that we are in the midst of a communist revolution. The left has been orgainizing since the 1960’s. We have two weeks to organize a defense. Our country is at stake. We should have learned from the Kerry campaign 4 years ago.

Interesting how Kerry was second most liberal member of the Senate. Obama is first and Biden is third! What is this all about????

I wonder if it’s activities fall under RICO somehow? Wouldn’t that be a bite in the a$$... specially since Kennedy was the guy most responsible for expanding RICO (and then using it against Right-to-Life orgs).
