Even I'm calling BS now. First Berg is hired to defend (from what no one knows) and now Fox News is in negotiations for this tape? WFT? If Fox news had the balls, they would post a note on their website and a PayPal account asking for the Chaaaaaaa CheeeeeeeennnGGG!! and we'd give it to them in about 30 minutes.

Now the IllumiNaughty in me says, There may be a tape and it will be released, but long after this is all said and done, there will be a single solitary poster who starts a thread (properly labeled VANITY) with a link to API and the first comment... RYMB.

The important thing we want the readers to know is how the tapes will be handled once it finally leaves API’s custody. API has confidence in FOX NEWS and will allow them to decide whether the tapes will be aired in full, edited or unedited. Once the tapes are released to FOX NEWS as per agreement that will be arrived at between the parties, API believes that FOX NEWS is competent enough to decide on how to proceed in handling the tapes because - better than us in API - they know what is best for the American listeners.

Assuming for a minute that this is real:

• Your confidence in Fox News is not justified.
• You should post them on the web or demand Fox News post them on the web in their entirety within 48 hours of release.
• Fox News may not be competent enough to decide.
• Fox News may not know what is best for America.
