Biden knows from Obama that he plans to reinstitute the DRAFT with both male and female (all) with a civilian side and military side. Obama said so in the Service Nation Presidential Forum @ Columbia, and IF THE Youth UNDERSTOOD THIS THEY WOULD NEVER VOTE FOR OBAMA.
