I know all about those. No hospital listed. A suspect address. More fodder, frankly.
I don't know how long they are kept, but microfilming has been done for longer than that.
The public can't examine the records, unless they are released. I think the hospital can make public the fact they have the record in their custody. The Federal Election Commission would have the jurisdiction to examine the records, as it involves the necessity of satisfying a constitutional requirement.
Thanks for the links. So much for “computer generated” unless someone is going to argue that they were computer generated, printed, then photographed.
Having said that, I agree with the posters on here calling for Obama to release to the court his long-form, actual birth certificate.
Why is that so hard? Why run up high legal bills (yes, I know the campaign has endless money) fighting procedural battles with Berg?
What is he hiding by not simply obtaining and submitting to the court his actual long-form birth certificate?
That, sadly, is starting to stretch things pretty far. As posted above, we now have clear quality convincing photos of a certified acknowledgement by a state that BHO was actually born in the USA. We've gone from a straightforward & reasonable "where's the birth certificate?" to "where's the proof that thing is misleading/forged/improper/etc.?" which is far harder to prove and convict. The burden of proof is now on our side.
(Not to ignore the fact that enough money & pressure can produce desirable results...)
Why is this? How do people explain this away? How does Obama explain this away? It's a simple question.
It's not as though he was born before records have been kept. How many of us have no record of having been born?
Why did the DNC send lawyers to quash the lawsuit if BO has a state abstract copy of his birth certificate? Cost money to go to court. Something is not right here.
>> Go kiss the Kenyans backside somewhere else ambulance chasing scumb bag!
You’re quite the jackass.
H
No. I was born in England, adopted in California, and have a California “Delayed Certificate of Birth”.
That’s a Certification of Live Birth, anyone can get one of those. We want to see the Certificate of Live Birth, or long form. If I’m wrong someone can correct me but is that not what is considered to be the official birth certificate of Hawaii?
No, they are not saying that (that i'm aware of).
I am just saying "what's the difference between registering a home birth in Hawaii and registereing a child that was born three days earlier in another country?"
IMO, none.
The Obamas knew how to swing this to make it appear Barack was born in Hawaii.
Exactly.
If she was 17, remembering when I was 17, her parents probably did register him.
Then I propose we take this over from Martin, Berg, etc., as class action and write letters to Congressmen, etc.
We had to turn over original birth certificates for our children to play Pop Warner football.
Yes, questions do remain, and BHO’s behavior remains suspect. Unfortunately, this is now moving into people manufacturing accusations, coupled with an arguably understandable lack of cooperation with one’s enemies. The smell test still ain’t passing...
Good find.
“Do people actually think Obama is not really a citizen “
Yep. Rumor has it that he was born in Kenya because his mother was trying to get to Hawaii but the airlines denied her passage as she was too pregnant. She went to Hawaii after the birth then registered him as a live birth. Anyone at any time can register a person as a live birth but that is not a birth certificate valid for citizenship.
