Hugh Hewitt has a take on this. It’s Iran and nukes and threatening Israel. Biden knows Obama’s response will be to capitulate and fore Israel to accept a nuke Iran. This sounds reasonable but what Biden’s not alluding to is that Israel won’t accept it and all hell will break loose.

Interesting that this breaks within days of the news that the campaigns have received security briefings. What were they told that drove Biden nuts and sent Obama scurrying home to Grandma?

Wasn’t there a report recently that both candidates were briefed on International Matters, and some speculated that it was in the country’s interest that both Obama and McCain be made aware of some serious issues that may face the nation soon? Am I remembering this correctly?

QUestion: Were the vice-president candidates included in this briefing — and could Biden have let the cat out of the bag — about what could be in store?

Surely, he is not that stupid.
