We did not know that we dealt with a man with criminal mind.
We have just been lucky to get email copies that Ed Hale attached to his comment on our site. API is totally shocked that ED Hale has forged the emails adding sentences to make API look bad so that he comes out a good guy, now that he is angry not to have got the tape from us. He had given us 6 hours today to surrender the tapes to him and if he did not get the tapes, he promised to destroy API in the US using his Plains Radio. We cannot deal with a man who wants to use our tapes to make money.
API will in due course produce all the original emails that indicate our position when we dealt with him. We are happy that we never discussed anything to do with money with Ed Hale. We have stated all along that the tapes are not for sale.
We have now downloaded the copies of his emails that he has forged and is using on his broadcast and compared them with the original emails that were send to him from us and that which came from him. He will have a problem to prove his case when he is taken to court for forgery. He cannot use his Radio station to promote forgery.
IN our emails, there is no mention of money at all. He has added sentences in our emails. He has also limed some sentences on one of his own emails and when we compare the original he send to us, there is no mention of money and yet the one he has now posted with the comment has money issues.
Ed has simply committed a crime and he will not

Hmmm. IIRC, Ed Hale was the one who claimed that there were three copies of Obama’s BC in the US, and HE had one and so did Phil Berg. But then I remember this:

They also informed us that Berg is NOT collaborating with Ed Hale, moderator of a site, “Hillary Clinton Supporters for John McCain” and host of a radio show. We have had no direct contact with Ed Hale, and have no idea whether he’s truthful or not. Whether or not the “tip” we received is accurate, only time will tell. At this time, we have no further independent verification. However, the reason we published this story and the reason we will keep the story on this blog is that the language in Berg’s filing — which is a matter of public record — is specific about the Kenyan birth place, and we assume that the claim is based on something besides wishful thinking.

Who is Ed Hale? It almost sounds as if he’s creating a diversion—away from the real BC story. But WHY? This is all sounding rather “tin-foily”, but with Obama, you just never know!
