I think Fox has been afraid to touch this— it will be certain to draw accusations of partisanship. Now, if the Hawaii SC votes in favor of Andy Martin’s request, that is news. I believe a reasonable case can be made that the filing of suits isn’t news. There isn’t any smoking gun yet, other than the forensic analyses of the COLB.
