I am not sure why people on this site take people like this Andy Martin and Phillip Berg seriously. Berg, for example, tried to sue Bush and Cheney for blowing up the WTC on 9/11. This Andy Martin guy is apparently a pretty nutty one as well.
As far as I can tell, Obama has a legit birth certificate and I have even seen clips on the internet announcing his birth from an issue of the Honolulu Register circa 1961.
As far as I can tell, with his mother being a natural born citizen and his dad being a legal emigre, that no one can seriously claim that he was not an american citizen at birth. But the fact remains, no one has showed any real evidence that he was not born inside the territory of the United States.
Only he has to show anything...he has to prove not us disprove.
He can sign affidavits forever until someone calls him on them...maybe that is what is now happening. Once the court decides who has a standing before the courts...the investigation will begin in earnest. There are many twists and turns to the proof that you have not mentioned. We will see!!

How can you tell? I assume you have not seen a birth certificate for Obama. I have seen pixels on a computer screen which could be interpreted as depicting a birth certificate, but that is not the same thing as seeing a birth certificate. Further, I have seen some cogent comments tending to the conclusion that the image of a birth certificate which Obama's staff posted on the internet has been edited or tampered with. I really can't tell, but what raises questions is that Obama should be able to put this matter to bed quickly and easily, but he has not done so.

The exact meaning of the phrase "natural born citizen" in the Constitution has not been tested before. Many people are arguing that the meaning can be taken from the statute which was in effect at the time Obama was born. However, I am dubious of this. I do not think that a statute can amend the Constitution. The term has its own meaning within the Constitution, and Congress cannot change that meaning by statute.

In fact, there is such evidence, even though I would not regard it as conclusive. I understand that there are hearsay statements allegedly by members of Obama's father's family that Obama was born in Kenya, and that he was taken to Hawaii shortly after birth and his birth "registered" there. Apparently, there is also a statement by Obama that he traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport. In any event, once the question is raised, the burden is on Obama to show that he meets the Constitutional requirement for the office he is seeking.
