That doesn’t include RNC money.
I thought the GOP said they had 150 million that they were going to start using. Maybe they’re waiting until November 5th.

... and McCain would.
McCain has his own bill to thank for this. Well, that and Obama’s no doubt ridiculous influx of foreign money.
The Guardian; the same newspaper that raised typographical errors to an art form.
McCain needs to go find his little buddy Russ Feingold and kick his ass.
I just donated again tonight...give all you can this is our nation and American way of life we are trying to preserve!!!
Your prayers are badly needed, more than I had expected.
We just have to do more to help him and Palin on our own.
Which is exactly where?? In the same place as the 200 million Rove was supposed to have raised and the 40 million from the NRA. There are 10 Obama to 1 McCain in Va. People in Fla are surprised to learn that McCain is still in the race.
This is actually good news. Remember, he only had $84 million to spend since the convention, which means he has spent less than half of his allottment in the last 6 weeks. It means he will be spending an average of 23 million a week these last two weeks, and has only been spending about $6 million a week since September. He has been backloading for the final stretch.
Sarah and the spectre of living under the rage of an African Communist are about the only things motivating previously mentioned base to send anything...
Welcome to reality FlingWingFlyer, McCain and the RNC are out gunned financially, whether the 150 million shows up or not.
Basically, we are reduced to small unit actions, friends talking to friends, at a cost of 15 dollars per vote, a conversation amongst friends by each of us will do more then millions in campaign cash.
So they really have 94K?
Exactly, as Rush said, we will have to drag McCain over the finish line via our own activism.
Look, I don’t know and I’m not predicting anything. All I’m saying is that the RNC has money on top of that. Maybe they’re saving it to build us conservatives an ark to sail somewhere safe when the Dems take power. I have no idea.
If what you say is true, why is McCain rebounding in the polls?
“He has been backloading for the final stretch.”
Tells me two things, 1) McCain kept his word, Obama did not. 2) McCain can operate under a budget, Obama cannot.
OK three things 3) Obama is lying about not raising taxes just like he lied about campaign financing.
Agree. I do feel as though all of McCain’s “maverick” stuff is coming back to bite him on the ass. “Republicans” are all coming out and “endorsing” their Marxist “messiah.” If you want to make it in politics, you better march in lockstep with all politicians from both sides of the aisle. They are all out to screw the public and if you want to enjoy a long career in politics, you better join them. Don’t be stepping on toes by going against the Good Old Boys club. McCain and Palin are both learning this the hard way right now.
