He’ll take Dane & Milwaukee counties, but unless they cheat, he won’t take the whole state. 10 EC votes is nothing to sneeze at, and McCain/Palin have been here a number of times this season to huge turn-outs.
We only lost WI to Kerry in 2004 by less than 12K votes. Same with Algore in 2000.
