OK, just for us not in the “know”. I assume this is a lib paper endorsing the Republican in a close race? Any updates on this race (including history of last election) appreciated!

Nice! This may explain why Joe Biden was campaigning in Tacoma WA yesterday.

If I remember correctly, Gov. Christine Gregoire was elected due to fairly blatant voter fraud and the Seattle Times did the “nothing to see here, move along” routine.

I’m not “in the know,” but I believe this is a rematch of the real stolen election, where Rossi was ahead on the first and second count, but on the third “count” he lost.

It was close all the way, but it’s amazing how recounts always add votes to the ‘Rats.

It’s like Time Magazine endorsing McCain. Seriously.

Well they did endorse Bush in 2000 and they endorse Mike McGavick for Senate in 2006. I’m pretty sure Rossi was their guy in 2004.

Rats stole it last time. A recount conveniently found enough votes for a rat victory.

“Editorially, the Times is slightly more conservative than its sister paper, the P-I. It endorsed George W. Bush for president in 2000 (while the P-I endorsed Al Gore), but endorsed John Kerry in 2004 and Barack Obama in 2008.”
