AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--that's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--that's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).
We love to hear Rush Limbaugh,
Excellence in Broadcasting.
From sea to shining sea,
Millions and millions listen.
Conservative voice of freedom,
Heard throughout all America.
A message pure and truthful,
The downhearted are encouraged.
Integrity and honesty his motto.
We love you, Rush.
Listen to Rush Limbaugh.
G-d Bless you, Rush Limbaugh.

I hope he exhibited better judgment as a military leader in whose hands were the lives of America's best and brightest.
He didn't. He was almost single-handedly responsible for calling off the attack dogs on our way to Baghdad in 1991 because we blew up an "aspirin factory".

Her Palin did an interview afterward and she enjoyed it and would do it again. Think she did fine.
I liked the beginning with "The Real Palin" bit and then turned it off as it immediately turned really not funny. Tried to watch it again about 30 minutes in and wife and I both looked at eachother and said, "SNL just isn't funny any more." It was actually painful to get through two skits.

Does anyone watch the reality show "Little People, Big World" on TLC?
I had never seen it before, but this weekend they ran an episode in which the father of the family (he and his wife are both dwarfs and have one or two dwarf children) visited Iraq to try to help a Baghdad family with three dwarf children.
http://tlc.discovery.com/fansites/lpbw/matt-goes-to-iraq.html
It was really very moving. The family had been "adopted" by some American military personnel, one of whom has a dwarf child himself. The family was so grateful for all the help and concern from the Americans. They said no one had ever taken an interest in their plight before.
I guess these are the "war criminals" the left is always railing against.

Geez, Biden is asking people to have faith in Obama. “No matter how bad it looks, have faith! Step out of the boat and walk on the water with us!” Creepy indeed.

Didn’t see all of the flak when Condolezza Rice was placed into some pretty racist cartoons when she was going through the nomination process as Sec of State.

Well, the price is still about $2.95 a gallon, but the local mega-grocery store gives these premiums called “Fuel Perks,” and if you collect enough of them you can get cents off per gallon at their special pumps.
I had accumulated enough for $1 off per gallon.

“..It should be noted, that former FCC Chairman Michael Powell, General Powell’s son, is a McCain supporter. So, like many other black McCain supporters, unlike his dad, Michael Powell will likely be the continued target of racial slurs from the left.”

Remember that the dem. nominee was always going to get 90+% of the black vote. With Obama, it’ll be 95%. Just sayin
