An Examination of Obama’s Use of Hidden Hypnosis Techniques in His Speeches
Internet-Grocer ^ | October 19,2008 | Internet-Grocer

Barack Obama’s speeches contain the hypnosis techniques of Dr. Milton Erickson, M.D. who developed a form of “conversational” hypnosis that could be hidden in seemingly normal speech and used on patients without their knowledge for therapy purposes. Obama’s speeches intentionally contain:

- Trance Inductions - Hypnotic Anchoring - Pacing and Leading - Pacing, Distraction and Utilization - Critical Factor Bypass - Stacking Language Patterns - Preprogrammed Response Adaptation - Linking Statements/ Causality Bridges - Secondary Hidden Meanings/Imbedded Suggestions - Emotion Transfer - Non-Dominant Hemisphere Programming

Obama’s techniques are the height of deception and psychological manipulation, remaining hidden because one must understand the science behind the language patterns in order to spot them. This document examines Obama’s speeches word by word, hand gesture by hand gesture, tone, pauses, body language, and proves his use of covert hypnosis intended only for licensed therapists on consenting patients. Obama’s mesmerized, cult-like, grade-school-crush-like worship by millions is not because “Obama is the greatest leader of a generation” who simply hasn’t accomplished anything, who magically “inspires” by giving speeches.

I wonder if McCain can counter this.

I was thinking what if he put out a disguised commercial that on the surface was an Obama commercial that would appeal to Obamiacs but implanted was the message disavow every message that you have received from Obama. It could be put out by some supposed Obama support group but it says don't vote for him on the subliminal level. It could hit all the programs Obamiacs are likely to be watching and/or listening to one and two days before the election. What could Obama do? It would be too late for him to counter it and if he did it could be pooh poohed or explained that it was to help deprogram people. Fight fire with hotter fire is what I say. Does anyone have the guts and resources to do it?

Am I the only one who hears “blah, blah , blah, blah” after just a few minutes of Obambi speaking? No inflection, no emotion. He bores me to tears!

I didn’t see your post yet when I did post 141. Kind of the same idea but I thought it might be hard to get Obamiacs to watch a McCain commercial so disguise it as an Obama spot and target Obamiacs.

6) both came from literally nowhere: AH was an obscure rabble rouser.....before the Crash of 1929...... and BO was an obscure first term senator

Am I the only one who thinks that the present economic crisis is just a little too convenient? With oil rich Arabs and the likes of Soros could this thing have at least been pushed to happen at just this time right before the election with Obama running?

I wonder if we could find someone to file a lawsuit against Obama prior to the election for the use of Hypnotic techniques against us.

Great idea. Let's alert Berg the man who is suing him about his BC.

"What could Obama do? It would be too late for him to counter it and if he did it could be pooh poohed or explained that it was to help deprogram people."

Exactly, he can't really complain without drawing attention to his own use of the techniques.

I've read most of this now, and I'm convinced that "The One" is at least trying to use hypnosis techniques. As to how effective they are, it's certainly something to think about.

For all of us who are puzzled about his inexplicable popularity, this paper certainly makes sense.

If you'll actually read the article, you'll find out why that is. There's a reason for it.

I just wanted to comment on group hypnosis. I watched a show on this and it was mainly directed at faith healers. And group hypnosis is easy. They start with music a beat, they keep that going till people have raised alpha waves. Then clapping in cadence finally the orator comes out and speaks words in a particular way. By the end, people are susceptible to anything the Faith Healer proposes. The believe anything and are handing over their last $20 dollars. Group hypnosis is a real and scary event and it is used by people that understand it.

“Yes we can” is basically “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law” repackaged.

You’re not the only one who has deep suspicions about this “crisis.”. There was a banking problem, but it could be resolved without the hysteria and angst to which the public has allowed itself to succumb - and without serious stress to the political system.

Perhaps “convenient” is not the right word. I prefer aggravated, and I believe aggravated by individuals who acted not to make money - although they did that - but to promote a political agenda. I have no proof of this, and as I’m not a conspiracy buff, I prefer to keep my suspicions to myself.

I am, though, a believer in the truth. I know the truth will come out, although I cannot say when. This I do know: if BO is elected and if - as I suspect - those who support him have a major share in the aggravation of this crisis, this country will rue the day it ever allowed BO in office.

Of course, I believe that even if he and his supporters are completely innocent of any complicity in this affair, the country will come to hate itself should he be elected. I believe history will damn this man; I hope and pray the country is not damned with him.

I might add that both Karl Luger (Hitler's idol) and Saul Alinsky (BO’s) were socialists.
Both AH and BO picked older, washed up politicians (both of whom, ironically, were Catholic) to boster their standing with the public: AH picked Franz von Papen and BO picked Joe Biden.

Good find, thanks. I’ve seen several variations and I can’t find a specific one I’m thinking of. Usually the image comes without the star.

I hadn’t thought about that. It was the message of Aleister Crowley who took the right hand path of GD magic and practiced left path magic with it - Thelema. It’s chaos magic with total indulgence of the self and perversions as the path to liberation.

A total inversion from Christianity.

From page 16 of this article, the author quotes “Rape of the Mind” written by Joost Meerloo, a Psychiatry Professor at Columbia University who was an expert in psychological warfare, Communist brainwashing/propaganda techniques.

Here is what is said:

Rape of the Mind discusses psychological conditioning from World War II Nazi tactics, to Soviet Cold-War
theoreticians, to our own democracy. (See Chapter 2 – Mass Conditioning Through Speech, and Political
Conditioning.36 The Book also discusses the dangers of the real phenomenon of mass hypnosis:
Suggestion and hypnosis are considered by some to be a psychological blessing, but they can also be
the beginning of terror. Mass hypnosis, for example, can have a dangerous influence on the
individual. Psychiatrists have found several times that public demonstrations of mass hypnosis may
provoke an increased hypnotic dependency and submissiveness in many members of the audience
that can last for years. Largely for this reason Great Britain has passed a law making seances and
mass hypnotism illegal. Hypnosis may act as a trigger mechanism for a repressed dependency need
in the victim and turn him temporarily into a kind of waking sleep-walker and mental slave. The
hypnotic command relieves him of his personal responsibility, and he surrenders much of his
conscience to his hypnotizer. As we mentioned before, our own times have provided us with far too
many examples of how political hypnosis, mob hypnosis, and eveven war hypnosis can turn civilized
men into criminals.

Chief, Psychological Department, Netherlands Forces, published in 1956, World Publishing Company. (Out of Print) Book

Excellent post, except that as I remember the Gestapo were not the Brown Shirts. The Gestapo were plain clothed policemen; the Brown Shirts were the SA who were led by the notorious homosexual Ernst Roehm. He was arrested and executed on Hitler's orders during the Night of the Long Knives.

Thank you for that.

Zerobama’s symbol was done by a talented expert; not merely a logo designer, but someone acquainted with the meaning of this sort of thing to others who “get it.”

Creepy. For me, it means that almost nothing about his campaign and internal vetting (by his various handlers) has been left to chance.

Axelrod is emerging as a person of special interest to me. He came from a New York leftwing family; his father was a lefty (which meant that he was nuts) and a professional psychologist (so he was doubly nuts). The father apparently suffered from depression and commited suicide when David was 19.

So there’s a hole in David’s psyche where a father should be just as there is with Obama (who was abandoned by his father).

In many ways, Axelrod is the man behind the man; if, God forbid, zero wins, Axelrod will surely have an influential press/communications job at the White House. He may advise zero in other ways, too.

I was interested to read that Axelrod was instrumental in getting Eliot Spitzer elected as governor of New York. I’m not surprised.

It would be interesting to see if any NLP techniques as described in the post above found their way into any of the other candidates handled by Axelrod.

Also, according to many online articles about him, Axelrod has another company that performs “spin” for major corporations. He keeps that client list top secret.

It’s all in “Magick: Book IV”

Another thing occurred to me:

All those times the zero voted “present” as a senator; I thought it was just indecisiveness or stupidity. It makes more sense to me now to think of it as a conscious strategy NOT TO LEAVE ANY SORT OF RECORD. He was purposely casting himself as a cipher. That had to be his strategy in Harvard, too. I mean, how absurd it is that someone gets into Harvard Law and does not leave behind any sort of paper trail; no papers, no opinions, nothing. If a young black man worked hard and was admitted to Harvard, wouldn’t he by pulling at the leash to prove himself? To write SOMETHING to show how brilliant he was? Of course. Anyone would want to do that. Yet he wrote NADA! That’s just as kooky as voting “present”. It’s as if someone behind the scenes were instructing him “Keep a low profile; don’t let your real personality or intellect show; write as little as you can get away with.”

Then he becomes some sort of visiting teacher, or adjunct professor, at the University of Chicago. When they offer him a full-time tenured spot, he turns it down!. Good grief! What person of normal ambition — black or white — who makes it through Columbia, makes it through Harvard Law, would TURN DOWN a tenured position at U. of Chicago? It wouldn’t necessarily have interefered with any political aspirations, by the way.

But...when you’re on tenure track — especially at a major university — you gotta “publish or perish”. According to a NYTimes piece a few months ago (positive but revealing nonetheless) zero had the reputation of being aloof (though popular with students), and standoffish with the other teachers. Why?

I think it was because he was afraid of being found out. And he rejected the tenure-track position because it would have required him to write and publish — something that would have given him away as a fraud.

This brings up another question that has probably already been answered — perhaps a FReeper can help me here. In any articles since the campaign started, have any Harvard faculty written anything like “Yes, Barack Obama was in my class, Contracts 101, and wow! was he ever intellectually curious! What a bright guy!”

Could be wrong, but I don’t remember reading any testimonials like that, and I don’t remember reading any testimonials by any former Harvard classmates of his (”He always sat alone in the corner, brooding, but would suddenly raise his hand and ask an extremely insightful question”).

The more I think about this, the more it’s apparent that there’s something abnormal and just VERY WRONG with this whole picture.

An early page of the hypnosis article describes how to avoid being affected. "Use critical thinking." Well, what we are witnessing is a public that lacks the ability to engage in critical thinking. This situation has been cultivated deliberately, for years.

Don't take this as drawing any sort of equivalence, but the last cipher that came around that really got my attention was Harriet Miers. Offering a person because their background is obscure (ostensibly to avoid the difficulties that come with substantive objection) is just plain wrong. And yet, a significant fraction of Republicans supported this cipher based on trust in GWB.

The antidote is "use critical thinking." My prognosis is that the supply of critical thinking is diminishing at this point in history.
