NEW YORK "Joe the Plumber" is lashing out at the media for analyzing his personal life since he suddenly became a focal point of the presidential race last week.

I agree. The media has spent more time “investigating” Joe the Plumber than they are the man who is running for President!
bttt
We have an absolute right to have had the lamestream perform this same investigative job on a man who stands for election to president. I knew more about Joe in 24 hours than I did about 0bama in the first month post-primary. Can they be more obvious, d’ya think??

Then they came after Joe the plumber and I did not object because --- they were right, he had been dishonest. ?
Then they came after me, and by then, everyone was afraid to speak up.
Joe, who changes the ink in his printer every other month is going to take on the bullies who buy ink by the barrel? Good luck, Joe.
Have you notices how seldom we ever hear from Americans on our side? The press never finds people like us to interview - and when one accidentally breaks through, they pounce on him.
The MSM gets their people for stories fed to them by liberals. And the people who are fed to them strangely support the liberal stereotypes of their world view. Joe was an assult on the lies the MSM puts out. They hate him for that.

Also, don't purchase from your local dealer unless they have some insane special which is competitive with internet pricing.
Instead, purchase your gun [or rifle] from the site with the lowest price on the internet, and then have them ship it to your local dealer. Your local dealer will tack on an extra fee [typically $25 to $50] for processing the paperwork, but even with the processing fee [and S&H], the total price will be lower than if you had purchased locally [plus you won't have to pay local sales tax].
I'd recommend a 12 gauge shotgun for starters - personally, I like something called the Mossberg 590A1 series [military grade].
In particular, I like the Mossberg 51663 with the 7-shot magazine and the ghost ring sites:
http://www.mossberg.com/images/Mossberg_Guns/930/NEW/51663.jpgAnd don't forget the ammunition; I like Federal Cartridge, especially the F131RS rifled slug [it makes 3109 ft lbs at the muzzle]:
http://www.federalpremium.com/products/details/slug.aspx?id=134For buckshot, even though the 000 balls are larger, 00 balls are launched with greater velocity, and because energy varies as mass X [velocity squared], the greater velocity is more important, and 00 buckshot tends to have greater energy at the muzzle than does 000 buckshot.
In general, try to find some 00 buckshot which makes more than 1300 fps [feet per second] at the muzzle - those speeds will maximize the energy at the muzzle. I was just googling and noticed that Hornady has a 00 buckshot which makes 1600 fps at the muzzle [which is incredibly fast - most manufacturers are down around 1200fps to 1350fps]:

For specialty ammunition like this, you can just order it right off the internet, and have it delivered straight to your house.
Finally, you can get el-cheapo birdshot rounds, like 50 or 100 to the box, at Walmart, for literally pennies on the dollar.
The birdshot rounds are great for hunting small game and for inexpensive target practice.
Has Al Franken paid all of his? He owed several $k in back taxes IIRC.
Poor guy is really being hounded at this point. But perhaps if he can handle it, it will make more people stand back and think a bit as to what the anointed one stands for. At least on a few issues. Radical redistribution of wealth = Marxism.
I feel for this guy.
All he did was ask Obama a question about his tax policy.
Now he’s been given a media colonoscopy.
I admire the heck out of him.
He didn’t have to go on Huckabee’s show.
But, I’m so glad he did...
