Warning! This is a high-volume ping list.
Good job tracking it down ...
Wow, great detective work! Thanks for your efforts to bring forth the truth.
More likely that the review was ghosted by Ayers himself. He just used Obama’s name. Obama owed him for “Dreams”.
Wow... Obama said he had “no idea” who Ayers was, and here is proof he gave a highly positive review of Ayer’s book in a major newspaper. Busted!
To be fair, Obama was only 8 years old when he wrote that review.
Nice find!
Ayers will be joined by Sen. Barack Obama, Senior Lecturer in the Law School, who is working to combat legislation that would put more juvenile offenders into the adult system; Randolph Stone, Director of the Mandel Legal Aid Clinic; Alex Correa, a reformed juvenile offender who spent seven years in Cook County Temporary Detention Center; Frank Tobin, a former priest and teacher at the Detention Center who helped Correa; and Willy Baldwin, who grew up in public housing and is currently a teacher at the Detention Center.
If there was a reporter out there who wasn't a stenographer for the DNC, the names of the other speakers would be a place to start to understand the real relationship between Obama and Ayers.

This should be in the breaking news section.
Hey . . . wait . . . I thought Bill Ayers was just someone who lived in the neighborhood. / sarc
A searing and timely account of the juvenile court system, and the courageous individuals who rescue hope from despair.
So the account of the juvenile court system was searing and timely ... and the account of the
courageous individuals who rescue hope from despair is also searing and timely?
Okay, I’m not a Harvard Law Review editor, but seems strange to me.
Great find!
Pissant, check this out!
This is now seared—seared in my memory.
Try Obama Ayers 1981
Obama got sponsored/groomed into Columbia in 1981. Bill Ayers was there too, and so to the Weatherman. Odd.
Just outside of New York, on Long Island, there was a Brinks robbery in October 1981. It was the idiots of the Black Liberation Army( all twenty or so) and the Weather Underground. Two police officers and a Brinks guard were ambushed and murdered. One of the BLA idiots, Nathan Burns, took the name Sekou Odinga. The muslim thug president of Kenya, and African travel partner of Obama and his supposedly first cousin is Raila Odinga. Odd.
Obama was a transfer student, a Junior. He was in the same major as Ayers. He would of been thinking of post graduate education, at other schools and Columbia. Ayers was getting his Doctorate. It is common for Doctorate candidates to teach underclassmen. So, you have Obama, soon to be a senior, and Ayers, founder of the Weathermen, and according to the FBI, still very active in bombing. So close was he that he adopted Brinks cop guard murdering Kathey Bodines two children( and raised them muslim). Maybe Columbia is a really really big school, with lots and lots of Black Nationalists and Weather Underground types there at the time.
Obama said he lived off campus, spent his time jogging or in the library. Hes not released any of his no doubt stellar academic records, or much of anything from his time at Columbia.
Im sure the New York Times, but blocks from Columbia is right on this.
Bump.
Bump.

From Sept 11, 2001, New York Times article/interview with Obama associate and friend, William/Bill Ayers.
"Mr. Ayers, who in 1970 was said to have summed up the Weatherman philosophy as:
'Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, kill your parents, that's where it's really at,' is today distinguished professor of education at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

This needs to be in breaking news, with copies sent to Hannity and Rush.
