PHILADELPHIA Senator Barack Obama is days away from breaking the advertising spending record set by President Bush in the general election four years ago, having unleashed an advertising campaign of a scale and complexity unrivaled in the television era.
With advertisements running repeatedly day and night, on local stations and on the major broadcast networks, on niche cable networks and even on video games and his own dedicated satellite channels, Mr. Obama is now outadvertising Senator John McCain nationwide by a ratio of at least four to one, according to CMAG, a service that monitors political advertising. That difference is even larger in several closely contested states.

there was a pole that said that 50% of the American people were “tired” of Obama.
Keep showing those commercials...I just mute the tv or change the channel. He appears to have a commercial at every break. People are SICK of him. Let the radical left keep this nonsense up.
I think McCain should have an ad on Obama’s addiction to OPM (other people’s money)(Sarah’s words). He gave ACORN $800,000 yet claims it’s nothing and probably isn’t. He’s spending how much money a day for advertising and doesn’t blink.
How much is he going to spend of our money a day?
“Hate to disagree(but with respect), Obama will win in a landslide(think Reagan over Mondale 1984), he is just getting rid of the money legal or not legal...this race was over the second McCain won the GOP nod....why vote for a semi-Dem when you can vote for a full pledged Dem....?”
You don’t hate to disagree, your either a lib who loves to be dishonest and lurk here, or one of the purists who are waiting for the candidate who agrees with EVERYTHING you believe before supporting him/her. You are rubbing your hands in glee at the prospect that maybe McCain/Palin just might lose. It’s easy to sit on your butt and snipe. Have you gotten out and worked like the rest of us. If not, just shut up and gloat in private. The rest of us are going to work as hard as we can to stop the Communist from being elected!
John is finally understanding what a fool he was spearheading the McCain-Feingold Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act. Looks like his Presidential bid could/will die by his own created sword.
