Washington, DC (CNS) - Appearing on the cover of Men's Health magazine's November issue, Senator Barack Obama has detailed his step by step plan to rid himself of his cigarette habit.
The Democrat shared, "There have been a couple of times during the campaign when I fell off the wagon and bummed one, and I had to kick it again. But I figure, seeing as I'm running for president, I need to cut myself a little slack."
"There wasn't some dramatic moment. Michelle had been putting pressure on me for a while. I was never really a heavy smoker. Probably at my peak I was smoking seven or eight a day. More typical was three. So it wasn't a huge challenge with huge withdrawal symptoms."
Always the strategist, the U.S. Presidential hopeful offers advice to readers how to eliminate the unhealthy habit.
He told the magazine, "Eliminate certain key connections - that first cigarette in the morning, or after a meal, or with a drink. If you can eliminate those triggers, that should help."

I seem to remember this, but I do know that he has confessed to smoking or snorting or whatever one does with cocaine...and I really don't want a jerk who has done this sitting in our White House....shows MORE bad judgement.
I guarantee he hasn’t quit. He is such a liar and the MSM lap it up.
